Josef Mühlbauer
As a peace researcher and peace journalist, Josef Mühlbauer focuses on building bridges between academic research and the general public. His goal is to make complex scientific findings, particularly in peace and conflict research, accessible and socially useful, whether as a speaker, panelist, or on his podcast and YouTube channel "VIPR - Varna Peace Institute."
His research focuses on socio-ecological transformation, political theories, international relations, and political education. His work is therefore interdisciplinary and not only combines theory with practice, but is also strongly influenced by action-oriented approaches, which are practiced in numerous projects within the "Conflict – Peace – Democracy Cluster."
