Joseph Marko, in his many years as a scientist and legal and political advisor for the Council of Europe, the European Union and the United Nations, has always endeavored to address the question of the interconnection between law and politics. In his lecture he therefore seeks to explore a theoretical balance of these interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary efforts for peace, human rights and the minorities protection in political, international and constitutional transformation processes.
